Our approach

Our job is to empower you in recovery through specialist assessment and education.

You may receive hands on treatment as part of the process – if required. However, the main stay of your treatment is likely to involve exercise therapy aimed at correcting the cause of your problem.

The approach can be as simply stated as Range-Strength-Function. Most performance problems can be explained by these 3 things. Are you missing mobility? Do you have adequate strength? And does everything function as it should? It’s our job to correct these issues for optimal physical functioning and performance.

Our approach works.
